We recognise that virtually all the activities of an organisation or an individual have some impact on the environment. Insistence on quality and care for the environment are guiding principles in Mayflower’s Business Strategy.

We are uniquely placed nationally to be able to offer great coverage, prompt delivery service, whilst being mindful of our carbon footprint contribution. We have a fleet of 50 vehicles all of which conform to the low emissions criteria as recommend by Central Government, also in a further effort to deliver to our environmental commitment we have recently switched our company cars over to ‘Hybrids’.

All of the manufacturers we use make products to the standard EU Regulations for example:-

 

 

 

Polythene: Almost all the polythene we sell is from reclaimed polymer.  Food grade bags are made from virgin polymer.
